La lista de opciones de Excel es excelente para encontrar todo lo que quiera hacer en una hoja de cálculo, especialmente las cosas que no hace con frecuencia, como la gestión y consulta de conexiones de datos o la obtención automática de estadísticas geográficas de Internet y su inserción en las celdas.
Pero si lo que quiere es hacer las cosas rápidamente, le resultarán mucho más útiles los atajos de teclado. ¿Por qué molestarse en levantar las manos del teclado si quieres abrir o cerrar un archivo, aplicar formato a las celdas, navegar por los libros de trabajo, deshacer y rehacer acciones, calcular todas las hojas de trabajo en todos los libros abiertos y mucho más? Con los atajos de teclado no tendrá que hacerlo.
Existen atajos de teclado para realizar una amplia gama de tareas en el versión de escritorio de Excel, tanto en la para Windows como para la Mac. (Hay menos atajos disponibles para el Mac, pero puede crear tus propios atajos de teclado personalizados si quiere).
